This notice describes the current Rawrr coming-soon site, not the unreleased desktop application.
The form sends your name, email, description of your work, intended use and computer specifications to the Rawrr project team. Portfolio links and processor details are optional. Please do not include passwords, private client files, sensitive personal information, or information about other people.
Your answers are used to review your application and contact you about the closed beta. Applications are reviewed by people; this site does not make automated selection decisions. Applying does not subscribe you to a general marketing list.
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and routes the application email. The project team receives and stores that email in a Google Gmail mailbox. The application code does not store a separate application database, log form answers, or send your answers to an AI model. Cloudflare and Google may process data internationally according to their own service arrangements.
Your IP address and request metadata are processed by Cloudflare to deliver the site, secure requests and limit abuse. The website does not request your computer specifications automatically: you choose what to type.
Submitting an application is optional. The unchecked contact-consent box covers application review and beta-related contact, not unrelated advertising. You can withdraw that permission, ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing privacy@rawrr.ai. Use the email address from your application where possible; do not send an identity document unless specifically needed. Withdrawing means we will no longer consider the application or send beta invitations.
Depending on the law applicable to you, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and a complaint to your data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
This site's own code sets no cookies and uses no local storage, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Cloudflare may use security-related mechanisms when needed to protect the service. Read the cookie and storage notice.
The project operator is Lucas Desfossez, acting personally. No business entity or public business address has been established for this site. The applicable jurisdiction and final retention schedule are still being confirmed. This data-flow notice does not represent a completed legal-compliance assessment.
